About Stellantis (STLA)
Stellantis was created in January 2021 from the merger of Fiat Chrysler (FCA) and France's PSA group, and brings together fourteen car brands, among them Peugeot, Citroën, Fiat, Opel, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Alfa Romeo and Ram. It is one of the largest carmakers in the world by volume, and several of its brands are among the best-selling in Portugal.
It trades in New York under the ticker STLA, and also in Milan and Paris. It is going through a difficult period: it closed 2025 with a loss of several billion dollars, saw its market value fall sharply from the 2024 highs and suspended its dividend, while facing the shift to electric vehicles, competition from Chinese manufacturers and the weight of US import tariffs.
A note on the history: the price series before 2021 is Fiat Chrysler, the company that became Stellantis in the merger, not a Stellantis that did not yet exist.
