About condominium calculators
In a building held in horizontal property almost every sum starts from the same figure: the permilagem the constitutive deed fixes for each fraction. It is what the budget approved by the assembly is shared by, subject to two rules of its own that the Civil Code imposes, one for the lift and one for the common reserve fund. These calculators handle those sums from the text of the law and link to the property tax and rental income calculators, because owning a fraction costs more than the fee.
