About LVMH (MC)
LVMH is the world's largest luxury-goods group, bringing together around seventy-five brands, among them Louis Vuitton, Dior, Fendi, Loewe, Bvlgari, TAG Heuer, Sephora and the champagne house Moët & Chandon. The business is organised into fashion and leather goods, by far the most profitable, perfumes and cosmetics, watches and jewellery, wines and spirits, and selective retailing.
It trades on Euronext Paris under the ticker MC and is one of the largest companies in France's CAC 40 and Europe's Euro Stoxx 50. Unlike most stocks in our asset engine, it trades in euros, so a euro-area investor carries no currency risk. Results depend heavily on luxury spending in Asia, above all China, and the sector went through a slowdown after the years of strong post-pandemic demand.
