For part-time work the minimum wage is proportional to the hours (article 154(3) of the Labour Code). Full time is 40 hours a week, but some sectors set less in their collective agreement: adjust the second field, because the proportion is calculated against it.
There are only two cases where the law allows paying below the minimum (article 275): certified training, with a 20% reduction, and reduced working capacity, where the reduction is the gap to full capacity, only above 10% and never beyond 50%.

There is no IRS withholding: in 2026 this region's withholding exemption limit is €920.00, exactly the minimum wage. You still file the IRS return, and that is where the final tax is settled.
The minimum wage prevails over any lower amount set in an employment contract or a collective agreement, and paying less is a very serious administrative offence.
The meal allowance and the holiday and Christmas bonuses do not count towards the minimum (article 274(4)): base pay must reach the legal figure on its own, and those amounts are added on top.
Educational estimate: it does not decide which lines on your payslip count towards the minimum, nor compute the IRS on anything added to the salary (overtime, allowances above the exempt limits), the annual IRS settlement, the employer's cost, or a higher minimum set by your collective agreement.
